Wing PhD is Fellow of the Centre for Geopolitics, Bye-Fellow of Lucy Cavendish College and Honorary Research Associate of Peterhouse, all at the University of Cambridge, researching contemporary security challenges in the Arctic, Northern and Eastern Europe as well as the evolving state of transatlantic relations.
